GOD IT'S SO HOT!! (´ ▽｀).。ｏ♪♪ ﾎﾞｹ〜
I went out to get a parfait at this local ice cream place here in town earlier today & nearly died... I hope this crazy heat dies down some before I head up to NYC next week!
I really hope everyone is staying cool (ノД`)・゜・。
Anyway, I didn't want to risk my usual lashes falling off because of the heat (I almost had an embarrassing moment of lash loss like that last weekend, haha u___u) so I thought today would be a great day to finally test out the Maybelline Volum' Express the Falsies mascara! ♪（*＾ー゜)ｖ（*＾▽＾*）*☆
I'm a sucker for the pretty purple packaging, haha~
I was kind of sad that the brush didn't come out purple like it shows in this photo from the Maybelline website but it does have a great curved, long length~ perfect for getting all your lashes in one sweep!
Here it is on... I had to crop this photo since my hair was a royal mess & kept getting in the way when I took it, haha ☆⌒(＞。≪)
As you can see, it really does lengthen the lashes beautifully, but my only complaint is that it is a little clumpy... I did just sweep it on though, so maybe if I had taken more time it would have come out more evenly.

Overall, I like this mascara & would recommend it. The price is reasonable (only 6$ at Target) & the quality is decent for a drugstore brand!
I've been wearing it for about 6 hours now, even took a nap in it, & it hasn't flaked off or anything~ which is a BIG PLUS since most mascaras have a tendency to do that after extended wear!
I don't think I would trade my real falsies for it though, haha ((((^Q^)/゛ギャハハハ
Does anyone think they will give this mascara a try?

Oh man, it's silly hot here too; keep hanging in there. You have me curious about this now! I'm not usually big on drugstore brands but it looks like the coverage is pretty good. I just may have to check this out now. ^_^
I never thought I would say it after the horrible winter we had, but I'm ready for summer to be over!! XD Or at least this terrible heat, ugh~
I would say try it out! It's 6$ that's not a total waste ;D

i wanted to try this out! do you know if it's as good as the fibrewig mascara? I heard that it's almost a comparison! but i'm not sure if i'm willing to trade up my fibrewig for it! haha!
omg girl, ME TOO XD This was actually the first time I ever waited til I was nearly done with my other mascara before buying a new one~ I usually like to try new shit as soon as it comes out, haha!
No problem though, hope you enjoy it when you get it! ♥ I think it will be great for blending real falsies with too~
You know, I think that's a pretty fair comparison! I would say it's just as good & of course the price is WAYYY better, haha! XD

Really?? Ughhh... I guess there is no escaping it! ;o; Though today it was really bearable here... I actually felt some coolness when I went out this morning!
I'll be arriving in NY on Thursday, around 1 pm since I'm taking the train XD I know me & my friend are planning to head down to the city on Friday, but I'm not sure what the times are & stuff... I noticed that it kind of cooled down this morning too! I hope the temp keeps dropping, at least down to the low 80's haha XD
