Well it's the start of the 4th of July holiday weekend & we have relatives here from NYC so I wanted to do a quick update before I go MIA for a while, haha~
First off, a big ありがとう to all of my new blog followers!
I really appreciate anyone who stumbles across this little blog & takes time to read/comment/look/whatever ♪(ﾟ▽^*)ﾉ⌒☆
Second, thank you to the lovely Lucie Liu who was so kind to sell me her amazing Zara denim skirt which I received yesterday ❤ Expect a full coordinate snap soon!
Now on to the other subject of this post...
Last week I was randomly looking through PopSister's debut issue from last summer, & a few things caught my eye that have transitioned over to this season ＼（○＾ω＾○）／
Acid-washed denim + huge scarf bow = 2010 summer, no?

Also, the make section highlighted a trend that I've noticed a bit from this season though it has yet to be a real BOOM~
VIVID COLOUR LINER~~!!
I just love this style of make~ it definitely brightens up a cute summer outfit!

I plan on trying out vivid eyeliner as I have a few but I'm so addicted to my Dollywink black that it's hard haha

Yes a lot of trends go from season to season, I really need a cute pair of overalls!! I love the vivid eyeliner too :D
I love that acid wash denim onepiece but you'd have to be absolutely stick thin to pull off that seriously unflattering highwaist mom-jeans cut haha!
I like the vivid colors of those eye makeups. I am never adventurous to try those sot of looks. If you try it, please post photos!
@bloomzy Haha, now you can see how I obsess over my magazines! XD I think I'm going to try out a vivid eyeliner sometime soon, though I'm addicted to gel/liquid liners & there's not really a huge selection here where I live ;o;

@さらまり Haha, it does have a mom-jeans look!! XD I think it's cute too but I have way too much hips to pull it off myself! I think you could try vivid liner though~ I'm probably going to attempt the tutorial with Kana, the one with the purple & gold liner, sometime so I'll definitely post up some snaps when I do ;D
I'm so drawn to acid wash it's not even funny even though it was on my mental list of "80's trends I swear I won't RE-EMBRACE!"
