GOD IT'S SO HOT!! (´ ▽｀).。ｏ♪♪ ﾎﾞｹ〜
I went out to get a parfait at this local ice cream place here in town earlier today & nearly died... I hope this crazy heat dies down some before I head up to NYC next week!
I really hope everyone is staying cool (ノД`)・゜・。
Anyway, I didn't want to risk my usual lashes falling off because of the heat (I almost had an embarrassing moment of lash loss like that last weekend, haha u___u) so I thought today would be a great day to finally test out the Maybelline Volum' Express the Falsies mascara! ♪（*＾ー゜)ｖ（*＾▽＾*）*☆
I'm a sucker for the pretty purple packaging, haha~
I was kind of sad that the brush didn't come out purple like it shows in this photo from the Maybelline website but it does have a great curved, long length~ perfect for getting all your lashes in one sweep!
Here it is on... I had to crop this photo since my hair was a royal mess & kept getting in the way when I took it, haha ☆⌒(＞。≪)
As you can see, it really does lengthen the lashes beautifully, but my only complaint is that it is a little clumpy... I did just sweep it on though, so maybe if I had taken more time it would have come out more evenly.

Overall, I like this mascara & would recommend it. The price is reasonable (only 6$ at Target) & the quality is decent for a drugstore brand!
I've been wearing it for about 6 hours now, even took a nap in it, & it hasn't flaked off or anything~ which is a BIG PLUS since most mascaras have a tendency to do that after extended wear!
I don't think I would trade my real falsies for it though, haha ((((^Q^)/゛ギャハハハ
Does anyone think they will give this mascara a try?
