Forever 21 cut-out shoulder blouse + trouser shorts, Steve Madden Westii wedges

I have such a love/hate relationship with Forever 21. There are times when I browse their webshop & find myself having to narrow down the items in my cart, & many others when I think 'wtf is this shit' ༼≖ɷ≖༽ The latter usually happens more, but lately I have been finding a few diamonds in the rough, including this shirt & these shorts that look deceptively like a skirt.

I also have a new obsession with tying up my shirts & these Steve Madden wedges are fast becoming a contender for favourite wedges ever over the Mariels.
